I know it's come up before, but I am unsure which to use for closing a letter, on this occasion addressed to the Secretary of the European Court of Human Rights.
I begin 'Mr. Secretary', but is this considered as knowing his name or not?? i.e. do I conclude with faithfully or sincerely for UK English ?
    many thanks

You're right...having looked closer, it has a Registry, with a main Registrar and several section registrars. But no mention of a Secretary.
    thanks
