¡Caliente, caliente! ¡Frío, frío!

Senior Member
Hi! I would like to know how to say ¡Caliente, caliente! ¡Frio, frio! in English. In a context where you're near something you say 'caliente' or when you're far you say 'frio'. Would you say 'hot or cold'? or is there any expression?
Thank you in advance!

Yes, you would exactly use hot and cold. If someone is moving around trying to find an object, you could say warmer, warmer, and then hot! if they get really close, and if they are moving further away from the object you would say, cold, colder, etc
