Could someone explain what the equivalent of this expression is in English - thanks in advance
"prenez votre corps à bras le coeur" - the context is that to be fit and healthy, you should drink this drink!

The original expression is "prendre qqch à bras le corps" -> to embrace something.
Is it a pun with the word "heart"?

    Hi Smithyf,

I think it's a play on words. The expression goes "prendre à bras le corps" means to seize with both hands/arms, and figuratively to tackle (a problem). My guess would be here "take your body at heart".
