à cause d'un retard de livraison

    Hello again!

    I'm not sure how to translate "à cause d'un retard de livraison" in this sentence:
    "Cependant, à cause d'un retard de livraison, nous sommes revenus plus tôt que prévu."

    I tried:
    "However, because of a belated delivery, we came back ealier than planned."

    Tu peux utiliser "delay" pour retard il me semble.
