    VERY nice! Except, is it the horse who is caparisoned? Or is the sentence talkig about armour-clad J of A?!

    That's a very good question. Let's wait for a native.
    And, unfortunately, if it J of A she can't be caparisoned - I don't think we can improve on 'armour-clad'.
