    ma traduction de cette expression me semble un peu bancale, pas fluide…

    L'aliénation qu'ils entraînent et dont ils seraient à la fois le produit et les agents.

    … , which they are both agents and products of.
    ou :
    … , both as products and agents.​

    I agree with Laurent2018 (but of which, or your own both), though it might depend on what you intend to use for entraîner ?

    I used "entail": … they entail, which they are both agents and products of.
