à la fois pour le pilotage opérationnel

I'm not sure what à la fois pour le pilotage opérationnel means here. Is this correct?

Moreover, the integration with the AWS tool was not sufficiently advanced for these charts to become true dashboards, whether used by operational management and by customers

    English
in the opinion of either [our] operational management or [our] customers.

The operational management is the members of the operational management of the producing company. (Operating management deals with all the day-to-day issues of production. Strategic management deals with long-term planning.)

Pilotage has become a buzzword in French. Most people would say it just means management.

Remark: on an aircraft the tableau de bord is more likely to be referred to as an instrument panel than a dashboard.

    Hi,

Business navigation I hear a lot, these days

  5. Do you? I hadn't heard this one. Buzzy. :)

Then again I am blissfully not part of the corporate world, so I am sure I miss out on the breaking corporate jargon...

I actually just went with the old "management" (or steering, but not here)
