    "Tenez, volià un pantalon en tergal, c'est très beau comme tissu, ça tient bien le pli, c'est à la fois, comment dirais-je...."

    Hi everybody, does "à la fois" here mean "meanwhile/at the same time"?

    Literally, It's both X and Y.

    But since in this case the two adjectives are seemingly opposites; so better would be It's casual but still dressy.
