    In BE I'd say "My temperature is slightly above normal", but true Brits don't worry about "δέκατα" :p:D , which is a concept I first encountered in Greece.

    Edit: Also, "I have a slight temperature".
    Of course, in present circumstances everyone is worrying about even a slight rise in temperature.:(
