Well, another, even more formal, statement (taken from an application form):
"<The Company> is committed to achieving equality of opportunity for all who work here, free from discrimination on the grounds of disability, gender, marital status, family responsibilities, sexual orientation, colour, race, nationality, religious belief, ethnicity or age."
"мы никогда не разделяем людей по полу, цвету кожи или другим отличиям"
I assume you are looking for a literal translation.
We never discriminate against anyone on the basis of sex, color or other distinctions.
I don´t think the original says "employees" or specifies what "distinctions" are meant, natural or unnatural, physical, religious, etc. It just says distinctions, and it could apply to other people--customers, suppliers, visitors, or others--who might not be employees.
