Как тактично спросить на английском "сколько денег я получу за эту выполненную работу и какие ваши требования к выполненной работе и сроки

    Хотелось бы более витиевато... что-то вроде "какое будет моё вознаграждение? или гонорар или может в английском есть какие-то идиомы

    I would put it like so:

    "What budget do you have in mind for this job, what are your criteria for considering the job compete, and what are the deadlines?"

    If you want "витиевате", "вознаграждение" is "compensation/remuneration".

    PS. Not sure whom you are talking to, but people here are usually quite straightforward, when it comes to doing business, and while politeness is a must, it should not be confused for beating about the bush and not asking direct questions in the simplest possible way.

    Job? No, work. Job is a position (e.g., accountant), whereas work is what you are supposed to do (calculations, etc.).
