    Russian normally doesn't lose the stop in /ч/ after vowels, the pronunciation by ae5s is clearly abnormal. I am not familiar with the dialects which would lose it either (although some dialects lose the stop in /ц/). I would suppose Kazan Tatar accent or a defect of speech.

    Maybe it is normal to lose the /t/ in fast speech?

    It's true. I've heard the loss of [t] between sibiliants more often
