In this context, I think this means something like people worshiping you, like "falling at your feet" or "bowing down to you". Is that accurate? Prior to this, the interviewee is talking about how much love she felt from her friends and family at her wedding. I'm pretty sure נפרש means "spread", and that's what's throwing me off.

כשאת יוצאת מ'האח הגדול' צורחים את השם שלך ונפרשים לרגלייך, אבל את לא באמת קונה את זה. את מבינה שזה רגעי. אבל פה זו אהבה טהורה שמציפה אותך

    The real expression is נופלים לרגלייך.
    It is a very creative use of Hebrew ;)
