    This is damma and م
    This is called الإقلاب (change) the tanween is changed into م .( this happens when tanween is followed by ب )
    The same in your other thread نارٌ حامية

    I'm pretty sure it's a kasra and a م, for three reasons:

    1.) It looks like a kasra and not a dammeh.
    2.) It's placed below the ة.
    3.) That's the correct inflection, grammatically.
    Sorry, I copied what I said in the other thread without thinking( as they both are م الإقلاب)

    OK , I will say it correctly :
    This is a kasra and م
    This is called الإقلاب (change) the tanween is changed into م .( this happens when tanween is followed by ب only)
    (It's below the ة because of the kasra, if it was fatha or damma م will be above.)
