Hi all,

My manager subjectively claims that my performance is not good. I would like to send him to blame him tactfully by saying that he should talk with numbers not subjectively.

Can I say the following:

"Your claim is purely subjective and the determinative between us are the numbers which is more objective"

In Arabic, I would like to say:

ادعاءك غير موضوعي بالمرة، الفيصل بيني و بينك هو الاحتكام الي الأرقام ليكون الحكم أكثر موضوعية

Note: I mean by numbers the achievements I.e: increasing the number of sales.

Can I use this
" will be the criterion between us"

I found it in a dictionary but I am not sure if it can be used in this context.
