This isn't precise. The overwhelming majority of Saudi dialects do not fall under Gulf Arabic. Saudi Arabia boasts anywhere between 4-7 dialect families depending on classification and these vary from having little to do with Gulf Arabic (like Urban Hejazi which does belong to a dialect continuum extending west to Chad) to sister dialects like Najdi Arabic although even this would be an oversimplification.
Only a handful of dialects spoken in Saudi Arabia can be classified as Gulf Arabic and these are all spoken within the Persian Gulf littoral. Examples include Hassawi Arabic of Alahsa and Bahrani Arabic of Qatif and its environs and there is debate as to whether Bahrani Arabic as a whole can be classified as Gulf Arabic considering its older forms diverge greatly from the more Najdi-influenced mainstream Gulf Arabic and it has some archaic features more akin to urban Arabic dialects.
