Hi All,

I would like to say the following:

مبادرتك بتقليل الأسعار مرفوضة شكلا و موضوعا بإجماع الآراء.

The Context:

In a work meeting, one of the team initiated that in order to get more customers we can reduce the prices of the goods and that will negatively impact the revenues so this initiative has been refused.

Literally, as Ayed says, 'rejected unanimously in form and content' would be the phrasing. But while this would be appropriate in a courtroom, it would absolutely not be in an English-speaking team meeting. To be honest, the phrasing seems a bit aggressive and over-formal even in Arabic, but maybe this is my cultural hang-ups talking.

I think you'd have to say something like 'everyone agrees that we shouldn't go with your price reduction suggestion'.
