In the hadith, إنما العمل بالنية is the first laam one of jins and the second the one of ahd khariji?

The answer to his question is yes. Whichever version you take, the first one is لام الجنس and the second is لام العهد الخارجي.

So, even in الأعمال the first one is لام الجنس. Same in العمل.
