لیس عندي إلّا مقاعد في الصّالة

The sentence لیس عندي إلّا مقاعد في الصّالة is in one of my Arabic learning books. Is there any reason why the sentence is not written in the following way?

لیس عندي مقاعد إلّا في الصّالة

لیس عندي مقاعد إلّا في الصّالة
I have no seats except in the hall (I may have other things, but the seats I have are only in the hall)

لیس عندي إلّا مقاعد في الصّالة
I only have seats in the hall (I have nothing, but the seats in the hall)
