That's one possible definition of the word - I'd need more context to be able to come up with the most accurate translation.

Of course, I'd like this topic to be splitted to the Arabic forum, but speaking about the word, let me ask my question here:

What else can it mean? I found fervor, ardor, chivalry, and my suggested virility.
