“All the best” - do we see us again?

Hallo, we currently moved to Australia. After the job interview the HR specialist has accompanied me to the door and said “all the best” before She closed the door behind me. Does it mean, that we do not see us again or is it just the phrase, which lost a sense, like “see you”?
Would you say “all the best” just if you see or contact someone in the next week?
Thanks upfront for your answers.

"All the best" is a way to wish someone good luck. I wish you all the best (of luck).

It's a polite thing to say in that situation and doesn't indicate that you've cleared or not cleared the interview.

    Yes, it's possible.

Cross-posted. All the best for your job search.
