Hello, this is said to someone convincing the other to come back home. (another person came with him). The person who doesn't want to leave says:

消えな, およびじゃあないぜ.

What is およびじゃあないぜ? Why is there an extra あ after じゃ?

Is it 及び? Does this mean "Leave me alone, and you too?"

    It is a phonetic transcription. じゃあない sounds more macho than じゃない.

    およびだ is from お呼び. The phrase is literally, "You are uncalled for."
