Hello!

また穢土転生の術か。ワシの作った術をこうやすやすと

It's from Naruto. Tobirama says that to Orochimaru. In the translation there's "to use," but where is it in the original? I'm quite confused. Also, why "to" at the end?

The latter part presumably including "to use" (使われる） is abbreviated as is often the case with Japanese.

I'm wataching it with Polish subtitles. But it goes more or less like "I'm suprised that someone can you use this technique with such ease"
