こんなに想っている

This phrase comes from this song here.

Here is the phrase with more context:

嫌いになれない
こんなに想っている
いまさらだと わかっている
それなのに...

What would be the better way to translate こんなに想っている here? Would it be:

I care about you this much

or

I think about you so much

Or would it be something else?

Thanks. 🙂

Thanks for replying. So I am guessing from your reply that "I love you so much" is your preferred to translation and
"I care about you this much" is your least preferred out of the three. But "I love you so much" is sort of a common expression. Is "こんなに想っている" the most common way in Japanese to say "I love you so much"?

I guess "I think about/of you so much" would be the best based on what you posted.

"I love/care about you this much/as much as this." is quite OK as the tr. of the verse. But people could say as a counterpart of "I love you so much!" 大好き(だよ)! or something.
