"そげんや… ご馳走にないもすど"

I found this quote by Mitsuru Ushijima in the book 日中戦争 by Noboru Kojima. Ushijima was from Kagoshima, so this must be the Kagoshima dialect. I'm trying to figure what this means in modern Japanese and in English. I think it may mean "そういうご馳走がないよ". In English, I guess it would be something like "This is going to be good!" Do you think this is correct?

Yes, his speech is in Kagoshima dialect. I will first show word-for-word translations into the Standard variety (not necessarily in accordance with the good usage of the latter, but to show the etymological relationship), then attempt English translations.

そげんや -> そうか -> Is that so?

ご馳走にないもすど -> ご馳走になりもうすぞ -> Thanks for your invitation (to dinner?).
