すべての人が平等にひとりの人間なんだ

いつも皆が考えておかなければならないことは、すべての人が平等にひとりの人間なんだ、ということである。
Always all the people must think , that all the people are equal to a single person, as it is said.
Why 考えておく, not just 考える?
What is meant by "all the people are equal to a single person", may be I don't understand it correctly?

    考えておく=keep in mind

    One thing that everyone should always keep in mind is that each person is a single human-being equally.
