I see this sentence from a capsule toy vending machine. Please see the picture (in red brackets).

What does そのまま mean here?

    Then, for the whole sentence

    カプセルがそのまま飾るフィギュア

How does "leaving it like that" fit into this sentence?

そのまま=as it is, itself, without any change

The capsule can be used as another figure, which can be used as a decoration as it is

The capsule itself can be another decoration

Mickey Mouse and Minne are figures, right?
And they are in the capsules at first.
You take out Michey and Minne from the capsules and you usually discard the capsules.
However, in this product, the capsules themselves are very cute and fashionable.
Therefore, you can decorate your room with the capsule as well, without doing anything. For example, without painting colors or pictures on it.

Technically speaking, I don't think the description is accurate.
You have to attach Minne onto the top of the capsule.
And you probably have to attach "the ear parts" to the capsule, right?
Therefore, it is not そのまま accurately. You have to change the capsule a little.
Therefore, the copy has a kind of exaggeration.
If I say it more accurately, it would be

    カプセルもほとんどそのまま飾れるフィギュアに
    or
    カプセルも飾れるフィギュアに

    Hope this helps.

I know this is late, but...

I think that final に is important. I'm guessing that this is an abbreviated way of saying something like カプセルがそのまま飾れるフィギュアになる/変換できる. That is, the capsule itself becomes / turns into a figure that can be displayed.

However, I don't think そのまま has to be translated directly here. It just conveys the idea that the capsule can be used as a display base, without having to add anything else or do any other work.
