コピー how to translate it here?

Hello everyone!
Well, there isn't really much context to the word コピー here, so I am insertng the whole page of the manga. I understand the basic meanings of コピー, which are pretty much the same as the English copy, but I have no idea how to translate it here. The screaming girl is Yozora. Her older sister was held up and they will both end up in the same grade the next year. I think コピー refers to the phrase 姉と同級生なんて嫌だ。 Yozora hasn't used the phrase before, nor has any other character. Do you have any idea what コピー might mean here?

I just found コピー, written in handwriting.
I think this pencil writing should have been deleted before it was published.

It is probably a memo of the draft, and maybe the copy of the face of the elder sisiter should be pasted at that position.
But there was an error to forget to paste the figure.

Or an assistant staff member was asked to paste the copy-and-pasted figure of the crying and shouting girl at that postion. The staff member did it but just forgot to erase the command written in pencil, "please copy and paste the figure here."

It's a kind of typo, so you should ignore it.

Or if it is intentional, probably the exactly the same sciene appeared before, so the writer comically commented, "the same situation happenes again, just like it is copied-and-pasted.

    Hope this helps.

This helps a lot, thank you! I found the same picture used in one of the previous volumes, so I think it was probably intentional and it makes sense as a comment from the writer.
