家乡的众多美食中,萝卜饼是最让我怀念的。它那丰富的色彩、微甜的口感,至今仍让我十分想念。

This is from the Standard Course Book of HSK5, chapter 19.

What is the meaning of 丰富? Abundant or rich?

And when a color is rich? Something like gold and silver colors? Here it is color or colors?
Looks like an English question...My opinion:
In English, It's either 3 or 5. Definitely not 1.
    In Chinese, it's 3.
    So colors.

不好意思,我错了。我把萝卜当成了甜菜,所以我以为饼有深紫的色的。I made a mistake, thinking "radishes" were "beets". So I thought the cakes had a deep purple color. In post #2, I meant definition #5 (深).

Then I looked up 萝卜饼 (萝卜丝饼) in Google and saw the pictures below. The cakes/buns are multiple colors, so definition #3 is correct. I might call them "colorful" in English. Is "colorful" a good translation for 丰富的色彩的 ?
