吧 / 啦

Hi all,

We use these two words almost in exact form and function (sorry, I'm not sure about the Chinese character for la. What is it, please?):
! gel be!
注意la! dikkat et la(n)!

Both are informal and used among friends etc. They are impolite and disrespectful, even rude, and cannot be used in formal situations, unless one is deliberately rude.

How are their status in Chinese, please?

    Hello.
The character is 啦. In Chinese these characters do imply a certain amount of familiarity, but they are not rude or disrespectful in themselves. I do not speak Turkish but '来吧!' is like 'C'mon, why not?' and '注意啦!' is like 'Careful!' in English. I would use these less in a formal setting, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't use them at all; I would be perfectly comfortable saying, for example, '吃吧!别客气。' to someone I had invited out for a business lunch and this would be perceived as polite, but I would say '请坐' (Please, sit down) rather than just '坐吧' (Sit.) to ask someone to take a seat in my office.
So like many words, how they are perceived is heavily dependent on context.
