家乡的众多美食中，萝卜饼是最让我怀念的。它那丰富的色彩、微甜的口感，至今仍让我十分想念。

What is the meaning of 至今仍? In dictionaries, 至今 means still and 仍 means still. But then, why are both needed? Isn't one enough?

今 today
仍 still
You may use either 至今 or 仍, but you can also use both to stress "until today still".

"至今" means "to this day", therefore "至今仍……" means "still……to this day".
Please note that "至今仍" is almost always followed by one (or more) particular action(s) that has been going on since long ago. (For example, in the sentence "至今仍让我十分想念", "想念" is the action; and the sentence means "I still miss it very much even to this day")
