I was wondering if anyone could help me the meaning (and if anyone could help me the meaning (and correct reading) of the word 逸れども。

The full sentence is
そうなれば万事休す、と気持は逸れども、如何せむ。

逸れども = はやれども
The verb はやる literally means "to quicken." In reference to feelings, which is the most ordinary context for the word to be used, it means "get excited/impatient."
