Good evening,

could you please help me with this sentence? It sounds to me very colloquial, and my conversational Korean is not good at all. It's a question from a dialogue.

이렇게 해도 안 되면 그때 내가 사람 붙여서 찾는 거 한번 알아볼게.

"By doing so, I'll see/figure out what..."

Thank you!

    Hello *Louis*
Like you said, the sentence is colloquial (as it is evident the sentence is extracted from a dialogue).

Since there is not much clarification on what "이렇게 해도" is referring to, I will just use "it" to represent whatever he/she has done so far.

"If it doesn't work, then I'll look into someone who can find it/him/her/them for us."
"If things don't work out, I'll see if we(I) can get someone to look for it/him/her/them."
"If things don't go our way, I'll look into a private investigator." (personally over-interpreted but it should be clear what the sentence is trying to say.)

These are some possible choices. Hope this helps!
