Bonjour,

Je souhaite réaliser une recette qui est écrite en anglais mais 'un des ingrédients est : "1 box 3 oz box lemon gelatin" et je ne comprends pas à quoi cela correspond, pouvez-vous m'aider?

Merci d'avance,

Céline.

Are you making a cheesecake, by any chance?

I think there is a mistake and the ingredient should read: 1 x 3oz box of lemon gelatin
This is lemon-flavoured gelatin, known as jelly (BE) or jell-o (US).

Agreed - 85 g packet of powdered gelatin, sugar, mild acid, flavoring, preservatives.
    If I couldn't get the jell-o, I'd try a 7 g packet of unflavored gelatin, some sugar (~50 g ??), and lemon zest.

I can't find a good source for the amount of sugar.

Thanks for your both answers, I understand better what it meant!
It's not a cheese cake but a "jell-o shot", gelatin wih alcohool, it seems to be so good and it's so coloured!!
