    We sometimes say that someone who is really lightweight "weighs 125 pounds (when) wet", i.e. when they are dry they weigh even less.

    Yes. '125 pounds soaking wet' (or similar low figures) is a well-known idiom. Then do a kind of merge/combine operation with the phrase 'wet dishrag.'
