Buongiorno,
"I have an offer on an open ended job, as front office manager 2° level"
Non mi sembra corretto..
Grazie in anticipo
Ciao

    Ciao...[
    Io direi...

I've recived an employment as Front Office with an open-ended contract.
My remuneration will bw regulated by the National Collective Labour Contract for Tourism Industry (my status will be the 2nd Level).

I have been offered a position as xxxxx, Level 2, on an open-ended contract/on a full time basis.
(or I have been offered a full time position as xxx, Level 2.)

    Ciao

    Hi there
I don't know "capo ricevimento" but it could be something like:
Head of reception / Reception Manager (or even something else entirely!)
and of course "a tempo indeterminato" as this could mean "a full time position".

    Hope this helps
    Ciao
    Leo:)
