30 percent over the last three years

    Alguien me puede ayudar con la traducción del sentido de esta frase en el contexto que sigue. No estoy clara si over aquí se refiere a durante o superior. O sea, significa 30% durante los últimos 3 años o se refiere a un rendimiento superior en 30% superior al rendimiento en los últimos 3 años.

The public real estate markets as recorded by the Dow Jones Wilshire Real Estate Securities index for the period ending January 31, 2007 (and before the recent market downswing) was 30 percent over the last three years, 26 percent over the last five years and 16 percent over the last ten years.

    in my opinion ... I take it to mean 'durante'

    Hi, "for the period ending January 31, 2007" seems to indicate the period this is referring to, so I would take over to meen "more than" in this context.
