Hello,
How would an American read the house number in "she lives at 44527 Sicamore Lane" ?
Would you say each digit separately or "forty-four thousand five hundred and twenty-seven" or even differently ?

Most likely would be to say each digit separately: four four five two seven.
A second possibility would be: forty-four five twenty-seven.
"Forty-four thousand five hundred and twenty-seven" is not a possibility for saying a house number.

345 = three forty-five (or: three four five)
89 = eighty-nine

Ok so numbers less than 100 are said "completely" and numbers greater than 100 are said with their digits and/or less-than-100 numbers

I might say two hundred and fifty three Finchley Road
I would definitely say two hundred Gloucester Road
