    A spread refers to a double page spread or two-page spread (see here under subject "layout/graphic arts"). In French, it is known as "double page" or "impression sur double page".

    As Glasguensis has mentioned, more context is needed to ascertain translation. However, generally speaking, a 10-spread book would be "un livre de 20 pages [imprimé sur double page]" in French.
