a bit all over the place

    Bonjour !

    How would you translate all over the place in the sentence below in the sense of feeling very lost and confused.

    English: I'm thinking about seeing a counsellor. I need to organize my thoughts, I'm a bit all over the place these days.

    French: ... je me sens un peu partout ces jours-ci ?

    You can't really say partout ("everywhere") in French. I suggest Je me sens un perdu ces temps-ci or Je ne sais plus trop où j'en suis ces derniers temps.
