I came across this rule in a book.
Examples,She is a bit untidy, shy.
He is qute friendly.

Do native speakers follow this rule in spoken English?
Thanks in advance

    Hi Belissimo,

I've been thinking about this and I think yes, we do stick to this rule. I am sure someone will now come up with some examples to prove me wrong, but I think in general it works.
