Hello

When referring to a picture of a blogger on his own blog (the picture depicts the blogger) do you call it a blogger's graphical representation or a graphical representation of the blogger? Is one of them completely wrong or do they possibly have different meanings?

    Unfortunately I cannot call it his photo as avatars that resemble the blogger are included too. I'm writing a master thesis on the genre recipe blog - that's why I need some kind of expression that includes both photographs and avatars (but only avatars that depict a likeness of the blogger, not avatars such as comic figures etc.)
