a blur of orange and black

Picture a tiger, which is orange and black. Now picture that tiger moving very quickly back and forth as it is being shaken. If you are watching, or especially filiming, the tiger becomes a blur, a blur of the colors orange and black. It's not really slang or an idiom (although something "moving so fast it was just a blur" is a common phrase).
