Here we have a booklet or a sheet of paper with all of the staff's names, cell phones, telephones, address, and email addresses on it. We have a term for it, but I don't know the English counterpart. What do you call it? Thanks.

Off-hand I can't think of any actual set term. That sort of info would be called "Contact Details" or some similar term so I suppose you could simply call it:

    "Staff Contact Details"

    or,

"Staff Directory" (see edit note. Cheers :) )

If it was a book I would call it a 'directory'
If it was a sheet of paper I'd call it a 'mailing list' (even though it has more information on it)...and even though 'mailing' is American for the British 'posting', I think with email, most Brits are giving in to the Americans on this one.
