HI

I noticed the sentence,

Trump, however, has not made the transition from braggart businessman to affected-humble politician.

in <Week #22 Flashcards | Quizlet>

I think We need "a" in front of both braggart and affected-humble like,,,,

Trump, however, has not made the transition from a braggart businessman to an affected-humble politician.

Am I correct ?

No. The sentence refers to types of person, not individuals. The indefinite article could be used, but the original is normal and wholly unremarkable.
