There is a breakfast store on the corner of a street. The shopkeeper and assistants/waiters are very friendly.

Is it right to name a restaurant selling only breakfast "a breakfast store?"

which should be used here, assistants or waiters? Thanks.

We don't have breakfast stores in the UK. Perhaps they exist in the USA.

All of our British cafés normally sell breakfast.

You can use either assistants or waiters. We have both in the UK.

It could be a café, a diner, a restaurant, a snack bar, coffee shop or various other names.

Waiters are the people whose job is to come to your table to take your orders and to bring the food and/or drinks to your table.
