a causative verb+dismissed

Hello,

Can you tell me which of the following is correct? I have seen it in a practice test.

Jason somehow … himself … from his position in that company in only two days, breakng his own record.

a. had…dismiss
b. let…dismissed
c. got…to dismiss
d. had…dismissed
e. made…to dismiss

I’m not sure that any of them is actually correct? My instinct would be to use got with dismissed.
