    The sentence is that the drive or the fence between you is not really a cold shoulder, but a clear boundary.
    I'm confused about the cold shoulder. I can not contact the shoulder with the fence.
    Would you mind help me?

    When you give someone the "cold shoulder" you are showing them indifference or being cold in your attitude towards them.
