a country with good food

    do i say a country with good food or of good food
    e.g
    quand on pense a la francais on pense souvent a un pays avec bonne cuisine et excellente vin.

    would this be correct? merci

    Quand on pense à la France, on pense souvent à un pays où l'on peut boire du bon vin et manger de bons plats..(dishes)

    Fender, don't forget to include the whole English sentence in an opening post :). It is difficult to work out whether you wanted to talk about the French or about France. (Perhaps you meant both!)

    I've changed the title to the part of the original English sentence you mentioned, and about which you asked for help.
