    Hi,
It is a long phrase and I just don't know how to translate it.
a cross border, card based, closed loop, stored value program

It is found in the following context:
By means of the present contract, company and company desire to utilize the distribution chanel, Emida Technology and Emida Affiliates to establish a cross border, card based, closed loop, stored value program by which US customers can send money using a name of the company Loyalty Card in Emida’s retail network to load funds into a Company Card for a designated recipient in Mexico, who will only be able to use such funds on the card in company stores for bill-payment or the purchase of goods and services through company Stores (“Stored Value Program”). The Stored Value Program is described more fully in the attached Exhibit A entitled “Company Cross Border Stored Value and Bill Payment Program”.
